• (2020-09-03) Shivansh Shrimal: One of the best email tracking tool I have used for my business. I recommend it to anyone who is more dependent on the online sales and communication between parties. Whether you want to reach out to your customers through email marketing or you want to know how your product will perform on the market, this one will do anything. • (2020-07-21) Steve V. Lokam: Love it so far. I am using the free version so far, but it works the way it is supposed. I wish I can tell who specifically opened it when sent to a group of people, but I guess there are some limitations.

• (2020-07-06) Arman Eghbali: Hardly works. Slow support, unreliable service, not as it was advertised at ALL! Over 3 days of outage, with not response from their support for paid account. Many other issues which such as not able to track emails to more than on address in an email! Yes, it is crazy, all it say is "Someone" opened your email... Any ways, this would have been -5 star if such ranking existed.

I suggest it as no1 email tracking I have tried (also great for stats, ready templates for responses which saves me valuable time, also added custom code to my email so I have live chat to the receiver...woo hooo!! 5 stars)

• (2018-11-29) Dmitry Martinson: Very happy with this tool! Used it with Mailplane app on my mac. After recent Mailplane update to version Version 4.1 (4642) docsify tool disappeared. Please fix this if possible, or I'll have to downgrade my Mailplane! Anyways I love the simplicity of docsify and how it works! Also, I want to thank your support team who replies very quickly and are very helpful!

• (2018-11-20) I'm going to start my review with what it's most important to me: customer service. I've bought great tools in the past that I can never get around using simply because they have a subpar onboarding experience and a bad customer service. Docsify is the complete opposite. Their onboarding experience is amazing and their customer support is super responsive. Now that I have that out of the way, their tool rocks. If you need to accurately track your emails with your clients so that you know what they've seen or not, this is the tool for you. It allows you to have a clear understanding on where they are in your sales funnel, or how up to date they are regarding your project delivery, etc. The user cases for this tool are many so I suggest you ask the experts (Docsify staff) if you have any questions on how you can implement this amazing tool.
