The current version of Porter for WorkFlowy provides features below

- (2016-02-28) Jeffrey Wyman: Cool, it works, thought not how I expected it to. Frank D. is right, I was expecting it to format bold/italic but it does not. It does however catch all of my Markdown formatting. For some reason, when displaying a preview, it will make all my bullet items into a link to the workflowy bullet (why? might be a bug?). For this to get 5 stars, I would want a simple markdown and/or preview button that will catch my bold/italic formatting.

- (2016-01-31) Frank D.: An interesting tool. Only thing is that emphases (Bold, Italic, etc.) do not feature here. If anything, these would be the most important Markdown elements to retain. Whereas headings are quickly edited without Markdown, a thorough re-reading of all text is needed to include these emphases. If one can't export emphases to Markdown, there's no way one can begin to consider this tool. Nice concept, though.
