- (2023-09-21) Marc Billaud: This is a very good program that I quite use nearly every day mainly for the translation from English to French and sometimes in the reverse mode. For quite some time now, the speech recognition has appeared that brings us more comfort for using this service in particular with smartphones. However this is here where the service is still perfectible and it is sometimes frustrating when you have to repeat words or sentences several times before having them recognized. Hope that one day, AI improvements will enable us to use this service completely transparently. This is a huge challenge and this is the main reason why I give only four stars for now.

Переводит только первые 150 символов, а если хочешь всё то будь добр зарегистрироваться. Тут к стати подходит пословица вы либо крестик снимите либо..., т.е. либо описание измените, либо ограничение плагина уберите.

- (2023-08-13) M A: The concept is great, just not for Japanese. It adds spaces between Japanese characters/hiragana, making it impossible to look up anything meaningful (at least on YouTube). If they could fix that, it would be much better than Mouse Tooltip Translator, which can do the same thing but the translation is more fixed/less useful.

То есть само окно широкое, а субтитры переносятся на новую строку, хотя места ещё куча. Расширение очень хорошее и полезное, но зачем его портить не понимаю. Да и можно же сделать настройки субтитров для ютуб. Шрифт менять нельзя, расположение нельзя. Пользуюсь им давно, но видимо настройки добавлять никто и не думает

A sad fact is that the masculine voice for French is only available at the site, which is far better than the feminine one in the extension.

- (2023-05-20) Fabio: It was good but now I'm using other tools. I was using it to translate from German to English and it was okay for a while. Since some months ago, it always translates from German to French and it is not efficient if I have to choose my target language (English) every single time. The developer should test it better and make sure that the default language (selected in the settings) is saved, or at least set English as default language, since this is probably the most used language online.
- (2023-05-11) Jane Shepard: To jest zajebiste rozszerzenie dla ludzi uczących się języków, tłumaczy PDFy, podpisy na Netflix, YouTube, a mając Premium można je dodać do ulubionych i potem przeglądać jako fiszki na komórce. Natomiast nie podoba mi się nowy layout, jest mniej intuicyjny, wcześniej wszystkie tłumaczenia były pod sobą, a teraz trzeba się gdzieś cofać, by sprawdzić inne znaczenie danego słowa, zdania są ucięte w połowie - liczę, że to poprawią.

- (2023-04-21) Shmuel: update after the last extension update: it it started bothering me with an alert to activate it on videos (on YT), well I don't want to at the moment, no matter what I do it keeps coming back, unfortunately I have to deactivate the extension because of it it's usually a great extension but has glitches sometimes, recently it keeps setting my native language to French in the extension box, no matter what i do it doesn't change
