Met eversign voor Chrome kunt u juridisch bindende handtekeningen zetten op een document in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, en documenten ondertekenen rechtstreeks vanuit je eigen Chrome-webbrowser. Een document printen, ondertekenen en scannen is nu verleden tijd. Open gewoon een documentbestand, zet je handtekening en vul andere dynamische velden in, en laat de rest aan eversign over. eversign garandeert juridisch bindende handtekeningen en voldoet aan de internationale legaliteitsnormen voor e-Signature.
1. Ondertekenen vanuit Gmail
Plaats het muispijltje op een e-mailbijlage en klik op de nieuwe 'Ondertekenen'-knop in Gmail om direct een ontvangen document te ondertekenen zonder de Gmail-inbox te verlaten. Zodra het document is ondertekend, voegen we dit aan je e-mailconcept toe.
2. Ondertekenen vanuit Google Docs
Een document rechtstreeks vanuit Google Docs ondertekenen, doe je zo: open het document, klik op 'Tools' in de bovenste balk en selecteer 'Met eversign ondertekenen'. Nadat je hebt ondertekend, kun je het document downloaden en archiveren we het onmiddellijk in je eversign-account.
3. Ondertekenen vanuit Google Drive
Een document rechtstreeks vanuit Google Drive ondertekenen, doe je zo: klik met de rechter muisknop op een bestand en kies 'Met eversign openen'. Nadat je hebt ondertekend, kun je het uiteindelijke document downloaden en archiveren we het onmiddellijk in je eversign-account.
4. Ondertekenen vanuit Chrome Preview
Nu kun je pdf-documenten rechtstreeks vanuit de Chrome Browser Preview Page ondertekenen. Klik hiervoor simpelweg op het pictogram 'Ondertekenen', rechtsonder van je pdf-voorbeeld en onderteken een pdf-document zonder de pagina te verlaten. Nadat je hebt ondertekend, kun je het document downloaden en archiveren we het onmiddellijk in je eversign-account.
