Zendesk Auto Refresh
This is a third party plugin that will enforce zendesk to refresh.
This is a Third Party extension to refresh Zendesk.
You will be able to enable/disable and set the refresh interval in seconds for the following zendesk sections:
- Dashboard (Home)
- Views (Note: These are only refreshed automatically if you are on the first page to prevent navigating you away from other pages on refresh)
To change the settings please right click on the extension and click Options.
You can view the source code in github, if you do not trust this extension then you can build and add it to chrome yourself.

Was working great , but suddenly my whole team reports this extension failing. Sad when you get used to using it for your workflow.

This extension did work well, but recently it is no longer consistent. It will fail to refresh, resulting in the extension needing to be removed and re-added to get it to work again. If this issue is resolved I will happily give a better review, as when it did function consistently, it was simple and effective.

Does not always work. I have to reinstall this extension regularly or it just wont' work. I hit refresh on Zendesk manually and I have a TON of messages that are not auto-populated. It used to work great but in the past week its really crapped out.

Ever since early April of 2021, this extension is loading slowly and not as fast as it should be, making me see my new tickets late and sometimes the tickets are almost breached. *Sometimes* it goes back to normal and refreshes itself quickly like it should be but almost everyday I have to manually reload ZD because this keeps happening. Please fix this. This is essential for my work.

Great extension. It was a drag to have to switch views or refresh the entire page to get an updated view. This solves that perfectly.

Awesome! Please, consider to build a paid version, which will allow to receive Chrome notification of a new or updated tickets from a certain View. I think, you can charge $5 a month for this = $60 a year.

ZendDesk has released an update with the views on the left that can be collapsed/expanded. This extension triggers collapse/expand every refresh. Please update.
