It will fail to refresh, resulting in the extension needing to be removed and re-added to get it to work again. If this issue is resolved I will happily give a better review, as when it did function consistently, it was simple and effective.

• (2021-04-14) Arielle Faye-Foulds: Does not always work. I have to reinstall this extension regularly or it just wont' work. I hit refresh on Zendesk manually and I have a TON of messages that are not auto-populated. It used to work great but in the past week its really crapped out.

Ever since early April of 2021, this extension is loading slowly and not as fast as it should be, making me see my new tickets late and sometimes the tickets are almost breached. *Sometimes* it goes back to normal and refreshes itself quickly like it should be but almost everyday I have to manually reload ZD because this keeps happening. Please fix this. This is essential for my work.

  Hi there, I've been using this extension for the last 6 weeks or so, and it has been working without issue. Today, for some reason, the views are no longer refreshing. I have removed and reinstalled the extension, amended the refresh times, checked the settings are correct and restarted my laptop, however nothing seems to have fixed it. Do you know if Zendesk may have released a new patch which has broken the extension?

Unfortunately our Chrome browser permissions will not allow your extension to be installed, with the message ‘Blocked By Admin’. Is there a way we can manually add this extension to our browsers? Can you let me know on how can I go into your source code and edit this? I hope you're still interested in updating this extension as it is really my choice since Zendesk still hasn't implemented their auto-refresh feature.
