Remove page's blocking modals (layer which denies you from navigating)

Just got tired from all those websites forcing me to type my email or watch something to access the content... This extension simply removes the "blocking elements" form the page, so I can navigate without being forced to fill anything.
This extension will not affect websites which block content using any strategy other than DOM elements.
For example, if a different page is loaded first and only after you fill/watch something the page you want is fully loaded from the server, this extension has nothing to do
