command-t
Search open tabs
command-t replaces your New Tab page with a list of all open tabs in that window. From here you can search across your tabs, close them, or press enter to jump to one. Click Copy Links to grab links to all tabs.
And it's open source. You can find the project at github.com/mattneary/command-t

Simple and elegant--multiple tabs are now useful instead of annoying. Would like to use jk movement keys in a future update!
