- An adblock software advertising their premium plan consistently to users counteracts the entire point of the software. Additionally, companies can pay for their ads to be displayed as an "acceptable ad". These be configured and disabled to make this a useful ad block, but why is an ad block company making the user configure their extension so much to actually do its purpose?

- 'The extension failed to load properly.It might not be able to intercept network request' is the error message. Browser reset done several times. Reinstalled the browser. Removed the extension and reinstalled several times. Always the same proplem. It was fine for several years. Now, this is the problem.

- When the adblocker....constantly pops up with ads to upgrade the service...those are ads too. I didn't want ads. Now the tools to remove ads are displaying ads. I'm not the smartest person around, but I don't understand this. I'd actually rather a forced subscription model than the ad blocker generating ads.

- Almost worse then installing a virus on your computer. This piece of garbage IS an ad. It constantly hijacks what you doing to shove paid ad blocker adverts in your face. If I could rate it lower I Would.

- Kind of works, some sites still have a bunch of ads that get missed. However that is not the reason for the 3 stars. I wouldn't mind simply missing some here and there. The real issue with this extension is that it is an annoyance by itself. Everytime it updates it will open a new tab asking for money(Optional) But opening a tab and forcing the focus to that tab is UNACCEPTABLE. It is way more jarring than any ad. You can be watching a movie on Netflix or anything similar and it doesn't care it will open a new tab a beg for money. This app updates frequently (which by itself is appreciated) However if its going to continue to pop up a new tab i simply cannot recommend.

- Does block certain ads on gumtree.com and does have the old Block Element feature.

- Works pretty well, especially for a free app. I wish it blocked more than it does, annoying video apps still get through, but otherwise a decent and honest effort. Bravo.! I do wish it had a few more features, but that's a separate issue from the quality of what the app does today.

- Doesn't block Facebook ads... well it does briefly, but refresh your screen and they're back. Also doesn't block youtube ads either, so it really isn't worth having.

- I've tried several ad blockers over the years, but I always end up coming back to Adblock Plus. It's by far the best free option for me. It has saved me from YouTube's annoying ads, and the browsing experience is so much better. Highly recommended!

- Works most of the time, but, over the last month or so, sites that it used to work fine on are now prompting me to disable my ad-blocker or blacking out the screen until I disable it. Also, I can't make any changes to the setting on the extension even if I wanted to white-list sites because every time I click the extension button all I get is a little blank square and nothing else. And, yes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, making sure my browser is up-to-date, making sure my OS is up-to-date, and all the other standard troubleshooting tips Oh, and it still allows ads through, especially pop-ups (even though it claims to stop them)

- Every time Chrome updates itself the extension will stop working. I can't stop Chrome from updating itself so maybe you guys can do something about it? The sister app AdBlock suffers the same problem and I think you two are from the same company.
