  • (2025-07-04) Bob Steigerwald: This worked great for as long as I've had it. Now suddenly yesterday it quit working.
  • (2025-06-27) James Chessher: Spinning and spinning and failure to load. I would dump Norton PWord Manager for a notebook again. Nortons Suite of Programs are too vast and confusing to navigate. Do I need x product? No idea without a translator to explain it from tech babble to real English. Next complaint, is the bombardment of Renew your Subscription ! After you have upgraded to a higher level of service they want money for the old product when it finally expires. A lack of Clarity, Ease of Use and the constant increase in price is driving me away.
  • (2025-06-20) B T: Lags all the time. Takes forever to open the extension on chrome. I have a beastly gaming pc so I know this app blows.
  • (2025-06-19) PostNet Tomball TX233: Norton Password Manager has worked for me flawlessly for 2 or more years, but suddenly without warning, my password to log in doesn't work and there is no way to reset it because my biometrics are using the apparently useless password...so it's basically impossible to access any of my save password or change my password, and unfortunately its cause me to lose money since some of my operation depends on some online commerce sites that i cannot log into...we should bring about a Class Action against Norton...their support is horrible for this matter.
  • (2025-06-13) TD W: doesn't sign in anymore? what a mess norton has become? FIX IT!
  • (2025-06-12) Alex: Having to install it again for the 4th time this month, as it just stops working. Very frustrating. Every time there is a Chrome update, it stops working, just won't let me log back in. Uninstall and reinstall and it works until the next update a week later.
  • (2025-06-02) Lesley Wilson: I am baffled by the extension which is not letting me use the password stored. I have not altered it. I acquired Norton Password Manager for the first time on May 17th 2025 and am distressed to find that I cannot complete a business transaction the first time I've tried to use it. Please let me know without delay what to do next. I can't give you even one star for good service till this problem is solved.
  • (2025-05-09) Paul Scott: This app will LOSE your password. You WILL NOT be able to retrieve it. Any data you enter here WILL be lost.
  • (2025-04-23) A Sai Arjunaa: Best PWM extension W extension.
  • (2025-04-22) E Malarvizhi: Wonderful extension
  • (2025-04-17) Simba Patel: bad service for pass manager can not log in
  • (2025-04-17) Mark Rosenberg: does not work consistently.
  • (2025-04-16) freespirit: This extension would be great..IF it worked. It keeps glitching and getting error messages. Once I installed it the thing worked for 2 days no problem then it broke. Seems it's a trending theme with a lot of their products now. It's a shame because it used to be very very good and now it seems its money over quality. Very sad to see the company decline like that. been watching it happen for almost a decade now. Please stabilize your products and keep them working consistently. It's either that or eventually end up filing chapter 11.
  • (2025-04-13) Celina Tavares.: nota 0
  • (2025-04-10) Aravind Vaidhyanathan: Norton Password Manager is a wonderful extension which solves the basic problem of managing passwords and filling them on the websites. Highly recommend it!
  • (2025-04-04) ihsan abufarha: It doesn't work with the Norton Secure Browser.
  • (2025-03-29) Linda Viesselmann: Very slow and sometimes cannot open at all. Thinking of cancelling.
  • (2025-03-17) Cindy Chambers: I like the idea of having my passwords all in one location. Norton Password Manager however does not at all work correctly. I click on the Google extension repeatedly which is supposed to trigger a need for "approval" to my phone, but it hardly ever works. There should be an immediate trigger sent to a cell phone for approval. This program is disappointing to say the least. I am not sure I will renew it when the time comes. For the price, Norton Password Manager should work quickly and efficiently without hiccups. Not the case. I am tired of dealing with this problem on a daily basis....multiple times.
  • (2025-03-11) albert calderon: Horrible - does not work at all and now I cannot uninstall it
  • (2025-03-09) C Bassett: Access to password manager is not intuitive. I click to access it from the application and it took me to a webpage advertisement for password manager when I was expecting to reach a login page. My experience with Norton overall is that functions that should take 5 minutes or less to perform often require hours and a call or chat session to Support for assistance.
  • (2025-02-27) Danny Complete EPC: takes far to long to open vault, i using google password now much better and norton ads bugging me all the time. this is terrible system now.
  • (2025-02-25) Nathan H.: This password manager is decent at best. Half of the time, I have to open my password vault on the web in order for it to finally send an unlock request to my phone. Also, I noticed that the icon will not show up on the websites I sign into unless the URL in the password vault matches exactly the URL of the sign in page that I'm on. I use Keeper Security for my work passwords and I like that extension so much better. If I didn't have to pay to use Keeper Security, I would probably be using that instead.
  • (2025-02-22) ObscurityShade MJ: Norton Password Manager works on other browsers, but not on Norton's own? It's supposed to be integrated, but does nothing. I can't get it to bring up the screen where it asks for fingerprint or password unlock at all. LAUGHABLE! I was trying Norton's private browser because Brave seems to have started eating up my CPU/RAM and makes my laptop fan run insanely high more than Google Chrome ever did. Oh well. Edit: Norton private browser updated on 22/02/2025. Password manager STILL doesn't work. Sad.
  • (2025-02-19) Serhiy Kuzhanov: Pros: It is free Cons: Oftentimes, the plugin does not work at all. You cannot login and clicking on the extension icon does nothing. I had to reinstall it several times; it will work for a while and then stop working again. The unlock feature does not work well. When it works, it is very slow. Sometimes when you send an unlock request to the phone, it would not come up in the app. Half the times, when you unlock the plugin through the phone, the web plugin does not get unlocked, and you have to repeat the process several times before it finally lets you in. When this happens, I oftentimes just login with the password because it is faster. Annoying popups about password improvements are completely unnecessary and I could not figure out how to disable this "feature"
  • (2025-02-16) David Howson: Has gone downhill and is now practically worthless. Takes forever to open the vault. Extension barely works on Chrome. I'm going to switch to another one. Super-disappointed.
  • (2025-02-15) B G V SR: I've been trying to Export a "readable" CSV file from NPM for a couple of years now. When I try to Import the file I downloaded from NPM to Google Passwords it states: Not able to read this file. What's up with that?
  • (2025-02-09) Jonathan McCleery: I changed my email address. I know my account login details but Norton have frozen my account. Terrible service
  • (2025-02-09) Roger Gagnon: You supposedly improved the vault. I can not get in the vault. to update my logins.
  • (2025-02-08) Aric Grez: Stopped working on my macbook air. I can no longer log into password manager.
  • (2025-02-02) Kathryn Lad: I want a divorce, I hate this program.
  • (2025-01-24) Kelly Houske: Used to be Chrome extension was easily opened. Now it's a struggle to get it to launch every time. No idea what changed but it's becoming more and more frustrating
  • (2025-01-24) Ilias Georgaras: I use it everyday and I feel safe! Very good extension!
  • (2025-01-17) Sandy S: This extension only works half the time or sometimes less! very stupid! I've also been thinking of a divorce!
  • (2025-01-14) David Otte: I've been using Norton for decades and don't see continuing after this last fiasco. I can't even get the vault sign in to come up. I've been forced to add Norton to the list of tech companies that have outlived their usefulness, like Microsoft. F Windows 11. Blocking anything from Ukraine as they fight for their survival against an aggressive invader is another strike against them. Did you block russia and the rest of putin's allies as well? Yeah, I thought not.
  • (2025-01-10) mary Innocenzi: I love this extension...when it works. Password Manager did its job for months, years, then all of a sudden it stopped working, as if it was never there. I had to call to get it reinstalled and it worked for a short time and now its not working at all, again. Every time this happens I have to call to get it reinstalled. This should not be the case and it needs to get fixed.
  • (2025-01-05) Jesse Jordan: Such a PIA to use. Doesnt work half the time. Im on a private computer , just turn the damn thing on and leave it alone. Im tired of chasing my tail with logins. this thing would be great,,,, IF IT WORKED.!!!!!!! I have used Norton products since the days of Win 95 but recently I am seriously thinking of divorce.
  • (2025-01-05) Rich Dodds: Can never find the link to log in. Why can't you just login from home page? No link shows up. Have to search all over.
  • (2025-01-04) John Iazzetti: Just got an update. Horrible with no pertinent heads up or appropriate help. Sometimes I get in and other times I do not. It is inconsistent and terrible. This is the second time an update has occurred which caused more trouble that it was worth.
  • (2025-01-02) John Harman: This stupid new move by Norton the Elephant has laid a large defecation on its users. Round and round I have gone trying to get it to work, Norton's chatbot is useless. Finally had to use the edge browser instead of the chrome private browser to get anything done. I am definitely looking for an alternative to this colossal waste of my time. Some of us actually have work to do and bosses who expect it to get done on time.
  • (2025-01-01) Peter Cross: I'm really struggling with this post update. Premium pricing demands premium levels of service. I'm considering finding another security package and dropping Norton completely after many years. Come on, Norton, pull the release today and test it properly - including putting out a beta test version so that users can give you feedback.
  • (2024-12-26) Thomas M.: It used to work great and was excellent For the last 3-5 weeks, it has times out, doesn't work, or won't accept the password, so you have to restart. Fix it, Norton!
  • (2024-12-20) Donald Pierce: No longer can access my passwords. I pay a hefty 360 subscription. Not happy!
  • (2024-12-19) Oleg Zhyzhiy: Norton decide to block accounts from Ukraine. Norton imposed an embargo for free Ukraine territory without any reason. His support don't hear his customers and finish chat's.
  • (2024-12-18) PC Dalton: What an awful interface this "update" has created. Doesn't remember / see that its already installed on Chrome - have to go into Edge, copy and paste passwords into Chrome. Doesn't even open a web tab anymore to show / manage passwords. We should be getting paid by Norton as product testers for this garbage program, not having to pay them for it. Abysmal support where live operators haven't got a clue, probably reading from a script that is headlined "how to really annoy people"
  • (2024-12-17) Patrick Casselman: The latest version (12/17/2024) has made it difficult to access the password manager vault. When you click on pasword manager in the app, it say the password vault is not installed when, in fact, it is. When you pin the icon for the vault in Chrome, it annoyingly keeps asking for validation every time I open browser, or at times it does it when I open a new web page. There is no clear way to access the vault directly from the Norton 360 app. The arrangement for the password vault is truly poor.
  • (2024-12-17) Zipd100: This is one of the worse password managers in history. Complete garbage. don't trust it because it is very problematic to sign in. In fact the chrome extension does not even work for me. I pay for Norton 360 too,
  • (2024-12-12) Randy Raines: POS company nothing works correctly and no one to speak to. Upcharges for everything you do!!!
  • (2024-12-11) Colin: I have had this for a few years now but since the November update i have been unable to use it as it will not open. I have a subscription with Norton and I have important passwords in the vault I can't access.
  • (2024-12-05) John Kinstler: I agree with the complaints below. Your product was great until recently. Now, all I am seeing are ads for upgrades or warnings that my system is in jeopardy and I should buy an upgrade. You are convincing me to go, elsewhere!!
  • (2024-12-04) Louise Massa: My Password Manager worked perfectly for 5 yrs. and suddenly beginning in Dec. 2024, when I try to open the vault I get a advertisement from Norton for Password Manager. I've tried every thing to get it to work properly - no dice! This is the first time in 10 yrs. of being a Norton customer that I've had a complaint, or had an issue with any of the features. Something is decidedly wrong somewhere.......
