I have may accounts I use for my daily updates and needs. Sometimes, you will need to log in to Avira. Just remember your Master Password or your save paswords will reset.

Now I can use my beloved passwords that were lots more than the 400 ii thought. After the sucessful login I saw that it was over 550 passwords saved in my account. Now I raise the review start from 1 to 4. [/EDITED] The login to access my accounts Avira PWM is not working anymore. I have been without all of my nearly 400 saved passwords that is stored in my account. No kind av solution for quite a long time now. Not even a temporary solution. Come on Avira, please fix the login problem in any way. I really can't use any of the different login ways like Registered Mail, Apple Account, Facebook Account, Google Account. I love all security apps from Avira, but sorry to say that PWM is totally broken and useless. If Avira will solve the problem fast like "right now" I willingly can change my review start to a 4 or maybe 5 stars.
• (2025-05-05) Chris Martin: Currently totally unusable in Chrome. Also, the same with the passwords.avira.com website. I simply cannot log in to access my passwords. After entering the account username and password, I am prompted for the Master Password. I enter it, and the website fails to connect after it appears to be acquiring my passwords, and then simply redirects back to the form prompting me to enter my Master Password. Totally useless.
• (2025-04-11) Christen Meyer: currently having an issue where the extension isn't remembering me, even when I log in multiple times. I have to log into the website and copy/paste the passwords instead of the autopopulation the extension is supposed to provide.
• (2025-04-11) Tomasz Turaj: I've been using Avira Password Manager for a while and overall, it’s been a helpful tool for managing my passwords. However, I am giving it a 3 out of 5 stars because of an issue I’ve encountered. Previously, when I restarted my browser or computer, the extension would remember my password to access the manager. Now, after restarting, I am logged out and have to log in again every time. Also, I would really appreciate it if you could add Polish language support. The entire manager is only available in English, which makes it less convenient for non-English speakers. If these issues are fixed, I would definitely give it 5 stars.

One thing I would improve is to have some sort of versioning on the passwords after you update a password or credentials but then no password manager has that capability
• (2024-02-12) Guillermo Enrique Vera Sardon: Unbelievable errors, such as not updating the passwords when told to do so, also the sync doesn't always works and the authenticator app is a mess, because it removes the TOTP anytime, these are my suggestions if you are willing to use it: 1. instead of update password use the other option which is add password 2. always COPY the password you are going to use, write it down if necessary because Avira sometimes fails to save it 3. when setting up the authenticator ALWAYS BUT ALWAYS SAVE THE RECOVERY OR BACK UP KEYS!!! for that account it is a time saver in case the built in authenticator doesn't work

I know it's correct because it works on the mobile version and I haven't changed it. I have to keep trying to login several times, or leave it for a day and then login. No, I haven't made any typos in my password, I keep pasting the same master password into place and it works when it feels like it.
