• (2024-10-16) Seit neuestem pausiert sich AdBlock selbst wenn man auf YT ist obwohl ich alle Einstellung auf Block gestellt habe. Das ist halt hart nervig. Weil entweder ich gucke mir die Werbung dann eben an, oder ich muss refreshen was dann aber halt oft auch genau so lange dauert. Kompletter Müll :/

• (2024-09-23) Varniit Professional: UPDATE - 2024 OCT - Very buggy. Needs work. But the team is unresponsive to messages and mails. If you add any filter, it shows, invalid despite the same filter working fine and getting updates in ublock origin and adguard. Cannot clean the tracking and dirty part of the URL whatsoever. Paying for premium with such unwelcoming service and software is unacceptable. Ublock doesnt take a dime yet it listens to queries and gives a better control to users. When ublock origin and adguard adblockers does better job at adblocking and filtering then why does AdBlock exists? The pre-existing filters and filters that I choose to add also doesn't work and the issue of "Failed, download failure" throws up. 90 percent of sites know I am using this then this kills the purpose of blocking ads. Plus, youtube has two issues with this addon. First, the loading of vids is extremely slow or delayed when this is used. Second, it changes the url of the video from "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbfwHMdHnv0" to "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbfwHMdHnv0&ab_channel=TEDxTalks". Even their android apps are not great. I hope dev team has answers and bug issues here.

• (2024-07-18) Wesker Leung: 感謝這插件幫我擋掉不少廣告，但沒辦法，我也被 YT 釘上了 這個插件的好處是擋掉一般網頁彈出的廣告，至少能讓用家上網時清靜一點吧 如過不是廣告的煩擾 + 頻密情度太過份 + 廣告內客不作任何審查便彈出來 (不就是滾動一下滑輪就出廣告 / 每跳轉頁面出廣告 / 彈出奇怪的廣告)，我想一般人都不會去安裝這類插件的 YT 其實要檢討一下廣告的同容 + 煩擾情度，除了有不能跳過的廣告之外，也有一些要用家 "硬食" 2 段 15秒廣告，亦見過一開啟影片不到 10 秒就播放廣告，又試過一段 10 分鐘的影片多達 4 個播放廣告位 (電視台播廣告也沒有這樣過份)，老實說真的十分過火。而 YT 只怪人開發 / 安裝這些插件影響網頁或創作者的收入，而不是由源頭檢視為甚麼會有這類插件的出現 / 會有人使用這類插件，這才是令人討厭的原因吧

Not giving up on this extension, please fix! It worked until Twitch decided to put in more ads than usual. Please have this work again for Twitch!

• (2024-06-06) Niko Kabrilyants: Youtube with this extension has been janky for months. I was putting up with it until today when it became much worse. I deactivated this extension and installed uBlock Origin which has been working perfectly with Youtube thus far.
• (2024-05-28) Vadim Slobodskoy: Касаемо бесплатной версии так себе : блокирует почти всё что хочу заблокировать в ручную, но при повторном посещении сайта замечаю , что баннеры вновь появляются на тех местах где я их же уже блокировал . В основном это касается xyЯндекс сервисов . Так же есть проблема с окошком предложения премиум адблока с кнопкой "больше не показывать в следующий раз" , при нажатии на которое , оно всё равно каждый раз вылезает , это бесит конечно не меньше ,чем сама реклама ,которую пытается блокировать это расширение . В заключение могу сказать , что оно конечно лучше ,чем Adguard , которое вообще перестало блокировать рекламу сервиса xyЯндекса например , и даже не дает возможности заблокировать ее в ручную .
• (2024-05-24) N Albert: Been using since March 2016 with no problems until recently, If would fail to load. had the update still refused to load. I was removing it and figured I would try one more thing before giving up on it. After removing it I reinstalled it and it now works once again. If anyone else has this problem try remove and reinstall. It seems that whenever google has a major update you will need to also update Adblocker/. As mentioned above if you start having problems with it then do a clean install. Just dont expect them to be able to update the program for a few days after google updates

The annoying "please donate" page that pops up after every update across every computer I have this browser synced is TOO MUCH. Adblock has become the ad I want to block. Its no longer worth it. I tried using a tab closer to stop adblock from opening its ad-donate page but to no avail. The only way to stop it is to get rid of it entirely.
