Hijack my goole search to yahoo search. It's a malware

I "like it" because i'm really young, something popped up and i wanted to get rid of it so i searched up how to do it and i found this. I got it but the name was kinda weird if you can maybe change the name that would be better. I uninstalled it and then i redownloaded it and it made my google meet for school close because its restricted. I uninstalled it again then put it back then it was better. (P.S you don't need to put you password for all of them it will block all the sites that is inappropriate..)

This is a datascraper, it does block porn but it also will sell your data like any passwords you type into accounts while having this added to chrome. don't get this get something like Qustodio or Kaspersky, they are better anyways.

It was good in the first week, but after that, when I'd try to search something on Google it would redirect me to Yahoo. I tried resetting my settings, clearing history, setting Chrome to default. But nothing worked. I thought, "it could be an application that I might have downloaded?" But nothing worked. Then I tried to see if it could be from any of the extensions I had downloaded. First try, I uninstalled this extension and bam! It was gone. I don't want to make any assumptions, nor any claims, but I think that this extension has a software on it that does this...

It installs a redirect thing that sends you to bing or yahoo every time you search on google. Don't get it

I'm sure you've already seen this from other comments, but don't install this. Whether it's for yourself or your kids, this app will do it's job, but it's also going to install adware or whatever on your browser, and it will redirect you to search through bing when you type inquiries in the browser bar. Before getting there, it will send you through runquestrun.com and various other miscellanious links, likely exposing your personal security. I submitted an abuse report and I hope it's seen to. Don't install it.

Don't use this!!! There are other more reputable porn blockers. This one redirects your searches to other sites. For me it was Bing. I'm guessing it uses Bing's safesearch feature? but that is still very sketchy since the developer said nothing about it. DO NOT USE THIS ONE!

This extension is OK in my opinion. The reason I did not rate it higher is because it is easily exploitable. For example I looked for porn in the search bar, went to videos and found one and it played. Not only that but it also let the other pre-blocked sites and the site I added not be blocked anymore, although the sites were all still on the list. I haven't noticed the problem with being redirect to another search engine. Maybe it is fixed or it could just be my Chromebook.

It works at the expense of installing adware/malware on your computer and changing your search engine to Bing.

This thing looks innocent and altruistic, however you should know that it redirects your default searches to something called "searchchain.com" - this appears to have broken recently and now throws errors.

This extension works well for blocking certain adult sites, but there are also negative aspects that come with that. The extension forced my searches to go through either Bing or Yahoo, even when my defaults are all set to Google. When I actually typed in "google.com" to search, it sent me to a spam site. Definitely not worth the hassle. I would recommend going with a different extension for blocking adult sites.

Was going crazy trying to find why my browser was getting hijacked. Turns out it was this garbage extension. Don't forget to report it when uninstalling guys!

It's alright but I've found that it will redirect you to Bing whenever you try to search on google, Whether it does this to collect info and make personalized ads or whether it is used for something else, I do not know, however, it started to and has continued to redirect me to Bing every time I've used it until I disabled it

It doesn't block additional websites more than the ones included with the extension. The option is not functioning properly.

It's a browser hijacker that changes your Google searches into Bing searches. Didn't experience this issue immediately so the developers have probably surreptitiously enabled it. Don't use.

It worked well at first, but later, it redirect my search engine from Google to Bing and Yahoo.

The app works and you can make it block in incognito mode as well but I think its shady that it redirects all of my searches to bing even when on googles website...

Cant manage to change the password also : the extension worked during one hour and then stopped working altogether :-(

bad,.. it doesnt work, at first , i blocked hundred of adult pages and it worked effectively, but a few day later, it go back to normal , hundred of sex pages are recovered

Force google chrome to use the "Bing" browser, without consent.

Found out that this extension was the cause of my searches been redirected to Bing. The url with the name bestmatchingg.com came up whenever i searched for something. Obviously very sketchy, reported this extension and hopefully other's see this before they try to download.

There is more to this extension than it wants you to realize. It will install a Bing redirect so that you can no longer search Google no matter how much you prefer it. Turns out the developers are just sellouts who didn't care to make a decent product. TL:DR if you want a quality porn-blocker, this is NOT the choice.

Though i had a virus because every time i would try to google it redirected me to bing.... Tried everything, deleted extensions, ran multiple virus scans and it turns out to be this extension. Jesus christ it was driving me insane. This extension is basically a virus in my eyes, who knows why they do this
