this has been a great vpn, but is has recently been not allowing me to access the UK and France( i'm in south africa) its saying ERROR when i reload the page

I'm doing a capcha (the puzzle) and it says it's Invalid security token or captcha solution. I don't know what it wants, but it ain't a human solution, maybe a robot could do it better. Can't sign up or login.... After 5 minutes: I figured it out, even though you can drag a puzzle or an arrow before, only dragging a puzzle with your mouse will work, don't touch the arrow below, which can do the same thing. Technology is not their strength. Now I'm 'rate limited' ... which means I tried their human unfriendly capcha too many times, I guess.
Nice Speeds and u can get upto 15gb monthly free thats a lot. And the free plan has all the features with a lot of extra useful ones to.
Please give us an option to start VPN automatically when we visit certain websites.

Can't use it without account. To create an account I need VPN. Okay, trying to login \ create account get an error "sorry rates are limited". Are you kidding me?
I have to put a bad review as stupid google doesn't allow login of the extension in chrome. It ask to slide a puzzle piece which doesn't move nor slide nor wants to do anything.... So no login because impossible

I’ve been a paying Windscribe user for several years, but the experience has steadily declined. A few months ago, the macOS app started consuming too much memory and would often crash other apps. I reported it via email but never received a response. Now, the Chrome extension is breaking basic site functionality, like date fields in Gmail — something I expect to work without interference. These bugs make the service frustrating to rely on, and the lack of support or fixes is disappointing for a paid product.

This is so scam extension , in their add they say 10 GB is free for first time , just need to sign up , after when you install the extension and login then they show you 1 MB left and upgrade to use , why google chrome is letting these kind of scam extension in web store , i wish i can sue the company , do not install this app , it a fraudulent app which is baiting you into giving your info by showing fake free VPN , i request to google chrome look into this matter and permanently remove this extension from Chrome web store

This used to be a good extension (4/5) but.: -1 star: Ad blocking on YT is not supported anymore -1 star: Multiple times a day when i click the extension i'm spammed with announcements i don't care about. I PAY FOR THIS, LET ME JUST USE IT! -1 star: It is not saving any of my allowlist anywhere after reinstall, if you plan to use this extension for prolonged time and you invest time in config, you'll lose it all when you reinstall or install on another device. Why is there even accounts then? Just to take money? Final score 1/5.

For some reason whenever this extension is connected on Vivaldi on Mac, it redirects all my Google searches to Yahoo through some site called finditonlinenow. Whether the extension or app is connected, it happens. As soon as either is disabled, it stops happening. Very odd and wondering now if the extension has been compromised.
Windscribe is one of the few companies I have encountered that absolutely refuses to issue a refund if you miss the trial expiry date, even if you haven't used their service for even a second. They are aware of this through their logs. This behavior strikes me as dishonest and indicative of a lack of customer care. I will never use their service again in the future.
Was working great for years but now it messes up my browsing experience even when it's turned OFF. Can't click login buttons or recaptchas. Very strange to affect my browsing features when turned off. Look into this ASAP. As soon as I disable it, everything works again.
Absolutely useless service. Downloaded the extension for Chrome. But I couldn't launch it. First it asked to register an account. Then it asked to update to the paid PRO version.
Windscribe used to be a legitimate company in Canada. Not only are they now selling swag to make a few extra bucks off of you, they charge in US dollars for all their services now. This makes them one of the most expensive VPN's in the world to use. They think people will spend $9 US a month for this when you get a real VPN like Nord for only $4.39 CAD per month or Proton VPN for $3.79 CAD per month. It is too bad that this once great company has fallen so far, so fast.
Well, the windscribe vpn itself seems good, but this extension kinda messed with my web browser. The web fonts in google docs stopped working, and i ended up getting completely blocked by every meta service (..both of these things i've ended up tracing back to this extension). That time i chose to go through "Troll Antarctica" station caused quite a bit of trouble across the web for me 🙀 (i never really understood why windscribe needs a browser extension, when you have the standalone service... so anyway, it's turned off for now)
Plz get it back to Chrome, it used to work very well.

Windscribe Extension is detected by YouTube and some other websites as an Ad-Blocker, and of course websites won't open. I had to disable it to browse those sites Edit: there is an exclusion option (Allowlist) Edit2: Extension causes errors in facebook chat even when not connected.
Tried to choose different locations and autopilot - nothing works. Spend 20 min to register etc, read their website, that they are different. No, not different, just don't work.

Best vpn you can have for free and wen you install and decide to uninstall desktop windscribe app it won't cause any problems like other "vpns". Other vpn apps break my connection settings.
