- Though not accurate on the amount of times read, Mailsuite IS good. But like all mail trackers, more and more of the people that I communicate with via e-mails have opted out, it is this "3rd party" and the pixel due to tracking that people do not want, and I can understand it very well. So either I memorize to disable mailsuite (it could be any mail tracker, really...) on the emails of the persons (recipients) that have opted out, or either I disable the mail tracker for good. I do not know personally anyone who use a mail tracker, but once again, if the ones that you send emails to are fine with it also, continue to use it, for the others like me, it is a question to ask yourselves if you should continue using a mail tracker or not.

- This extension adds a signature to emails, which is not good and creates a bad impression on clients. I have also frequently experienced server downtime issues. I found a better alternative called TrackMailbox. It is easy to use and works well. It does not add any kind of signature to emails and is free for a lifetime. - its fine I guess, but then its paid(not with money), but their is a logo on the bottom corner which clearly shows that it is there to repsonders. Btw, I sended an email to my friend using it and I could know why he did not rsvp HAHAHAHA

- Free version works fine, does what it is supposed to do. The banner is a bit annoying but free has to be paid somehow. I'm using the paid version, best 9,99 I spend monthly. The extended tracking of when a mail has been opened is perfect for both personal and business. Only wish there was a difference between "opened" and "read". As you never know if someone actually scrolled to the bottom of the email or just clicked it.

- even if link tracking is off, it redirects your links to their tracking server https://l.jumpto.es/ but the tracking server cant load or may be considered unsafe so my receipients cant access the links i send. I would have contacted customer service but that's only for premium users
