• (2025-04-29) Vishnu M: A FIVE-star product gets only THREE stars solely due to its expensive individual pricing plan. I believe this feature is by far the best and most desperately needed for any solution. While the solution is positioned as a marketing tool, which is appropriate, I think it is equally, if not more, valuable individual users as well. For long time, I used the read and delivery receipts in Outlook by configuring my Gmail in outlook. While it served the purpose, I wanted something more insightful non-intrusive for the recipient. I believe Mixmax has delivered that. Thoroughly enjoyed the solution during the trial period, but when it came to upgrading to premium plans, the pricing for individual plans was simply too expensive. Most individual users do not require all the features but are limited to unlimited tracking, templates, scheduling will do. I am currently using the free version, which provides tracking for only 100 emails. If there were a more affordable plan, as I would upgrade to a premium solution. Overall a fantastic solution add-on for your Gmail. Love it!

I still wish after all these years they would consider a "lite" version of the service that caters to solopreneurs but honestly that's a minor critique based solely on my unique use-case. I really do love this product and I hope to keep using it for a while.

The email tracking, templates, and scheduling features are all super helpful, making it easier to automate follow-ups and keep things organized. The calendar integration is also a nice touch for setting up meetings directly from emails. That said, it can get pretty pricey, especially if you’re just an individual or a small team, and some of the better features are locked behind higher-tier plans. The learning curve is a little steep at first, and I've noticed the tracking can be glitchy sometimes. Still, if you’re serious about optimizing your email game, Mixmax is definitely worth checking out.

The features allow me to save time, while making sure I know exactly what is going on with my outreach to customers. Mixmax has an expansive feature list and the shortcuts with the chrome extension make it super easy to learn for new users, while also allowing more confident users to easily access the data and shortcuts they need. From the ease of creating templates and the use of such templates, to being able to quickly view at-a-glance when an email has been opened, MixMax is an amazing tool. I haven't used the Scheduling option as much as their other features, but it does seem like it can be used easily. I also appreciate on how quickly adjustments to email templates and signatures do show up in our Gmail app almost immediately, and that email templates can have fonts, colors, and attachments all easily added without any odd spacing challenges that I've seen with similar tools.

That is extremely important when it comes to cold calling and first emails. What I do is I research i.e. 100 companies, write what I find good and what clicks with me in XLS and then use it all in my MixMax email campaigns it is a true win-win as clients receive personalise messages and I am able to contact more businesses and follow up with them regularly!
