- When I log in with my fingerprint, it opens my vault in a new tab, but the extension itself doesn't log in, so autofill doesn't work. Clearing my cache only fixes it for one session — as soon as I reopen Chrome, the problem returns. I have to log in to every site I use manually, and autofill is gone. Extremely annoying and not what I'm paying for!!!

- The Chrome Extension keeps logging me out. I checked all settings and nothing is set to log me out, yet every morning I have to enter my Master Password. It used to work fine but has since stopped.

- My master password suddenly stopped working, and it reverted to an old email address I no longer have access to, so I am locked out of my account. You also can't access support without logging in, so there is nothing I can do. I've been using this for at least 10 years without any major issues till today. Now I'm stuck resetting all my passwords, if I can, or creating new accounts. Hard lesson. It's fine to make things secure, but if there's no support when something goes wrong, you are taking gamble. I'll never go back to LastPass. Trusting them was a huge mistake.

- I've been using LP for many years but over the past "year" it's behavior has at times been maddening. It's inconsistent with autofill which is one of the primary reasons I use it. Passkeys seems like a great idea but sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Password generator is a great tool, but many times I need to navigate back into LP to get a pw, copy it, then go back and paste it into a website form (and hope that LP will trigger to capture the new site). Anyway, I get it that the "web security business" is complicated but the tool's quirks are becoming a real negative.

- The product seems to be getting worse. No consistency in operation across browsers. No awareness between extension and full client on the same device. Autofill only works sometimes. Why pay for this?

- it's a great product. Makes me feel confident about secy. Sometimes i'm surprised at sites it's ignored even though i've logged in etc. And its very easy to end up with multiple logins for same site, so its confusing which is the current details.

- I've enjoyed the convenience of using Last Pass. I feel more secure having my passwords here, and also the convenience of having all my quick link sites organized in one place. I operate many programs launching them straight from the Last Pass app.

- ever since Google updated in September, I have had nothing but trouble with the two programs communicating with each other. I have followed suggestions of deleting it and reinstalling it but then I am back to square one! I am not sure which giant's fault this is, but I am about to abandon both!!

- Love the extension! And I love that it generates complex passwords. However, I find that I have to uninstall the browser and reinstall to get it to autofill the passwords for me from time to time.

- This is a great app. In our business we have to constantly switch across several different accounts and also share the credentials with other users. Lastpass provides the advantage of sharing the credentials without reveling the password, thus covering us for all the sharing and access related guidelines.

- For some reason I'm having to uninstall and reinstall my browser extension at least once a week if not 2-3 times a week to get it to work correctly with Chrome. When it stops working, nothing happens when I click on any of the buttons, but once I reinstall the browser extension, everything works correctly again. Please FIX THIS ASAP!!!

- It breaks Yubikey MFA authentication on Windows 11, even if I disable all possible autofill settings in the extension. Example of affected sites: github.com, principal.com and many others. I am planning to migrate to Proton Pass because of that.

- This used to be amazing, but recently it's simply not doing the auto-fill that makes it worthwhile. I'm considering removing it. It may just need an update, so I'll update this review accordingly if it starts working again soon enough (before I give up and remove the extension).

- Virtually unusable. Logs you out every five minutes. I have been a paid subscriber for many years and LastPass has got progressively worse over time. Tried fixing the problem with LastPass support, they got me to run many debug methods but the person I dealt with only gave cookie-cutter responses and did not read the info I provided.

- It just doesn't work. This has been going on for a while. I waited and waited. I don't want to have to change password managers. But I just don't know what to do anymore. I really can't function without a working password manager with a working chrome extension. I don't really have extra time until after the holidays. - It totally breaks internal chromes PassKey functionality when you don't agree to use LastPass. They substitute own window but this window when cancelled does not call original navigator functions correctly.

- I can't copy the TOTP. It's not working. It also doesn't have the feature of setting up the TOTP in the extension. I am thinking of cancelling my subscription. Bitwarden is cheaper and better.

- I'm locked out of my accounts and the instructions are useless for recovery. It says it sent me a passcode that I don't get, it says a person will be contacting me that never does, it says that certain necessary support is available for paid subscriptions (which I have) and then wants me to log in to verify. DUH, that's why I'm trying to get support, if I could log in I wouldn't be here at all.

- this would be great if it even worked half the time. autofill rarely kicks in and the extension signs me out multiple times daily, and when in the vault i have noticed several passwords straight up vanish from my private folder. just does not work and gets worse with every update.

- We've had lastpass for years and I recommend it to everyone! I am disappointed with the extension breaking. I need to remove and redownload the extension in order for it to work. As a homeschool mom of 6, the inconvenience is making our homeschool day harder. I pay for this product and it does not seem like it is a priority for them to fix this problem. This problem has been going on since September! What is the point for paying for a program that can't do its job?

- Accidentally bought a second license and they won't refund the purchase. Overall the UI is outdated & clunky as well. There are many other alternatives out there like 1password. Would not recommend using lastpass.

- It was brilliant. However, it DOES NOT work anymore, every time I try to log in it doesn't. I have to restart my browser and start all over again. It is extremely frustrating.

- Obvious that either a recent update to this plugin or Chrome has caused it to break. Logging in does not work and you're forced to uninstall and reinstall. This has been going on for weeks now.

- When it works, I love it. However, there are times when I try to log in to the extension and it just cycles back to the log-in. It's so annoying to have to uninstall/install every couple of days just to access my vault without going to the LastPass website.

- It's hard to believe that a company like LastPass has such a big bug in its use of Passkey. Not only does it not work, but it also breaks any other security provider that uses Passkey. There's no other option but to uninstall it. Fix it so you don't interfere with your users' usability.
