- Obvious that either a recent update to this plugin or Chrome has caused it to break. Logging in does not work and you're forced to uninstall and reinstall. This has been going on for weeks now.

- When it works, I love it. However, there are times when I try to log in to the extension and it just cycles back to the log-in. It's so annoying to have to uninstall/install every couple of days just to access my vault without going to the LastPass website.

- It's hard to believe that a company like LastPass has such a big bug in its use of Passkey. Not only does it not work, but it also breaks any other security provider that uses Passkey. There's no other option but to uninstall it. Fix it so you don't interfere with your users' usability.

- I've used LastPass for a couple of years now. Highly recommend for saving login info, credit card numbers and password creation all in one place. Make sure to transfer your current password organizer and turn it off so you do not have two conflicting softwares.

- recent update to lastpass passkeys broke apple passkey integration on chrome on macos. even though I’m already using my Apple passkeys and I’m very happy with it, your last pass is INTERFERING. Read that again INTERFERING with Apple passkeys on chrome on macOS. Interfering in these 2 ways 1. from using my already included Apple passkeys for various websites such as Amazon, Netflix etc 2. Offering to save passkeys for websites at login even though I already have passkeys in my apple iCloud and deliberately preventing from using it on chrome on macOS. Solution needed: Give us an option to completely disable passkeys like you have for last pass teams or business administrators for regular free users.

- Do yourself a favor, find something else. LastPass has had a large data breach a few years back. LastPass couldn't save a valid record of my LastPass account setup! When LastPass asked me if I wanted to save the password to their site I said yes. The password record included info from OTHER non-related sites. Did NOT capture my password. And now I have had to set up LastPass twice. Because it can't save passwords.

- UI designed by programmer, i guess, proper 2000’s feel. Compeltely unreliable, it cannot recognise the previously device every now and then, which turns the promoted „last password“ experience in 12-factor authentication nightmare: you must click on the link they send you via e-mail, but how enter the inbox, when the lastpass is refusing to login and give you password to access the inbox. User Franz Kafka likes this. Go and find another device and pray it is still recognised and you will be able to confirm that you are you and the device is the device… And the extension! A joke. Logs you out randomly. Fine, i got used to live with that. But there is an upgrade: you click on it and and it shows you blank white square instead of dropdown. Very useful. So you go to lastpass.com – sounds proud right? Another blank page with login button in the right top corner. You click it and (take a deep breath) nothing happens! The best comes now: they are paid for this! I think i won’t recognise the next invoice.

- PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD THIS SAD EXCUSE OF AN EXTENSION, ALL BOTTED FAKE REVIEWS SUPPORT IS NOT REAL. THEY DONT SEND 90% OF THE EMAILS. CANT LOGIN EVEN WITH THE RIGHT PASS. THEY STEAL ALL YOUR DATA.

- I love Lastpass, just get rid of the feature that opens a new tab to login to lastpass. That tab does not always login to lastpass. i always login via the extension icon on Chrome's menu bar

- I have to re-login every time I open the browser and logging in with the extension and putting the Yubikey only works on the website, not with the extension popup. Then after I log in, I have to restart the browser again and log in a 2nd time or else it doesn't find any sites.

- Great when it works. Having constant issues with extension for the last few months. The auto fill stops working regularly, the passwordless access stops working sometimes.... Might another solution if this keeps happening.

- Work, but I seem to alway need to login, logout and login again for the app to work. Somewhat confusing as I see other people complaining about this behavior happening and it doesn't seem like a new bug.

- Note that if you fail your password the app will still say it sent you a confirmation email but didn't. It should say instead (the password is incorrect)

- I've tried using this and other extensions on Surface Pro 11 (ARM Processor). I have had some difficulties with both Edge and Chrome accessing different web sites (not associated with Lastpass) and timing out in the loading process. I've disabled all extensions in both browsers and now I don't have to return my computer to who I bought it from. It's very frustrating to buy a new computer and it won't function on the internet. I'm moving on to ARM processors because I believe it is the future, plus, unbelievable battery life.

- LastPass Chrome Extension forces error messages in the Chrome Developer Console on any page, including localhost. It's been like this for at the past year. If LastPass is this sloppy with their Chrome extension tooling, how are they at keeping our data safe?

- Very annoying consistent log out issue. If you use some software that cleans up your browser it can absolutely break lass pass ability to stay logged in. What worked for me is to uninstall the extension, go to lasspass.com (the site itself) delete all data from the site in chrome settings, reinstall the extension log in with (ensure click trust for 30 days, dismiss windows hello pop-up if you must). Then it seems to stay logged in. Also I have never gotten any passkeys to actually work.

- A Trusted Vault That Betrayed Me! I lost thousands of dollars worth of crypto because of the LastPass breach. My Ledger recovery phrase was stored only in a LastPass secure note — not on any device or cloud — and yet my wallet was drained. LastPass never clearly warned users that their entire encrypted vaults were exfiltrated and could be brute-forced over time. The communication was slow, vague, and dismissive. And even after sharing full evidence, they refused to take any responsibility. I trusted LastPass to protect my most sensitive data. Instead, I got silence, denial, and financial loss. If you care about security, look elsewhere.

- After forgetting my LastPass master password I had no way of getting back into my LastPass account their support links weren't helpful the emails were no better ether. Given the last pass hack years ago I have now resorted to tracking all my passwords the old fashioned way. This app is just not reliable.

- This is a horrible password manager that has just been getting worse. On my PC, it keeps demanding I enter the password, and then it tells me I must either try to log in again or look for an email from LastPass -- an email that never arrives. Meanwhile, i enter the EXACT SAME password on my Android phone, and it works. So it's now worthless on my PC -- I have to use my Android phone to see passwords for other sites and then nd manually enter them on my PC. AS soon as I have a break in my schedule, I'm switching to another app. This used to be a good ap. Too bad they ruinedkit.

- Used to work great but now it constantly stops working every couple days and I have to remove and reinstall. What an incredible pain in the butt!! Thinking of changing to another password manager. Online forums gave a few suggestions but none of the fixed the issue.

- cannot delete multiple passwords. if the app cannot handle such a basic task, how anybody can trust them with your passwords. everybody should stop using it and switch to google chrome passwords.

- Paid for the family plan 7 months ago and have been having login issues ever since. The FAM is NOT happy that this no longer works like intended. I won't be renewing if it doesn't get fixed soon.

- This program isn't working properly and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times. When I open the program each morning it will not work for logging into my saved accounts and I have to do many things to get it to work. My subscription is about to renew and I am considering not doing that for I don't like to have to sit on hold for help from support. Many times you can't even understand the support person and everyone does something different. Not worth the cost at all. Time to look for another program that actually works like it should.

- I can't find a way to open a proper ticket. Users of my app are unable to use the autofill & login when they have this extension enabled. It is posting to the wrong endpoint when logging in. Is it somehow incompatible with Spring Security? The j_spring_security_check is trying to post directly to our index page (only available after authentication) instead of our backend login page. Why is this extension storing index.html as the login URL? Thank you.

- The extension mostly works, but it has some issues that haven't been resolved in years: - it does not log out automatically, even when configured to do so. - the launch functionality is not to be trusted. I've had cases where the extension keeps trying repeatedly to log into some website while filling the form incorrectly, which got my account blocked. It would be best to be able to open the website and fill in the form, but without submitting. And especially without retrying the submit. Latest bug now: - Copying a generated password to the clipboard stopped working. Also when compared to competitors like 1Password, it lacks nice features (by the way, it seems LastPass is just dormant in terms of features, it is not even trying to catch up to others): - Save the information when login is done via SSO. I sometimes have to look for credentials in lastpass, and after I don't find them, I need to figure out which service I used to log in, by scavenging emails. 1Password saves this information (e.g. you logged here with your Google account), as a general extension designed to help with logging in should. I don't care that features are added constantly, but if a competitor finds something that is genuinely helpful, I would expect a paid service like LastPass to adopt these improvements too.

- There appears to be a few issues with the interface. I'm on a Droid, and I have to enter the master password every time to initiate a saved password from Last Pass. And quite often when I go to a site where I previously established a Last Pass password, Last Pass doesn't appear. Basically, I'm locked out of the site until I change the password when Last Pass will appear. Frustrating.

- LastPass used to be great, then they took away support for multiple devices for free users, and now the extension only mostly functions. Copying saved or generated passwords to the clipboard doesn't work, there's no way to opt out of the autofill "security" popup that warns you about giving out your info, the option to disable the autofill warning on a site for 30 days doesn't work either, and the save password popup that should show automatically when you register or login to a site for the first time is hit or miss. There's no discernible way to report these issues and have them addressed, at least as a free user.

- It's a pity that what ought to be a simple, quick & easy account is so intrusive, counterintuitive and clunky popping up out of the blue without clear or simple instructions or options - especially for elderly folk unaccustomed to high-end tech. It's embarrassing & scary when one realizes how critically important security, safety & protection is, but the cure seems worse than the disease. Multiply this exponentially across platforms - especially iOS & iPhones - and one is abandoned to guesswork, uncertainty, intimidation and blunders. Surely there is a middle path ... out there, somewhere.

- LastPass used to work great and I loved it, but ever since the newest update it has been horrible. Both me and my boss have issues of it not working at all. I am constantly deleting the browser extension and redownloading it to get it to work for the day, but if we leave our computers it does it again and I have to repeat the steps. I tried troubleshooting and deleting all other browser extensions to make sure they weren't conflicting with this one and it is still giving me issues. Seems pointless to have a password keeper if it takes me longer to troubleshoot it every day than it would to just go look up my password somewhere else.
