In addition to keeping track of all my passwords, it also generates strong random passwords when creating a new logon, and provides me with a free and very good VPN since I have the premium version. Of course it syncs my passwords with my iPad, Android phone, desktop version of Chrome - all the platforms I use. It also notifies the user if a site has a known security issue, so you are informed of the necessity to change passwords.
