- Dashlane login was seamless until you went to the new Omnix webpage. Now when I click on "login" usually nothing happens, although ONCE in about 10 tries I got through. Your chat help does not help; it suggested installing the Chrome Dashlane ap, which is already installed. I need to speak to a person or get clear written instruction.

Sometimes I would forget where I had written them down or where I had put the scrap of paper I had written them on. It is worth the annual fee and I am not sure how I would manage hundreds of different accounts without assistance from Dashlane. - I found this to be the Best app for managing all my passwords. Irrespective of the device I am using, all my passwords are available at my fingertips. Integration of passkeys and 2FA is great. I don't need other apps for 2FA anymore.

- Love using Dashlane. I recommend having a password manager to everyone. I have it on my pc, laptop, tablet, phone, husband's pc, laptop, phone, work computer, laptop. My brain can remember one complex password or pass phrase at a time and that's all I need to remember now that I have Dashlane. No more password-protected spreadsheet with all my passwords on it that I have to update and re-save to all my devices. Dashlane is so much more convenient and safe!

- I don't know why, but the autofill in Chrome stopped working for me in the last week. I have made no changes. I have tried multiple troubleshooting suggestions. Very disappointed!

- We've used Dashlane for years (premium subscription), and are very pleased with how smoothly it works, and with its safety features. I wish there were a 4.75 star rating, because the only feature I wish would be added is for multiple email addresses for the log-in code. If an account serves a family, only 1 person receives the TFA codes.

- I have used Dashlane for about 7 years now. I never had any trouble with it. On 02/25/2026 I started trying to use the app on google play store. After downloading and setting it up, it is not working yet as on my computer. It is probably something I did incorrectly or my vpn might be blocking it use. The techies are good to get a hold of and get answers from. I'll keep trucking with Dashlane.....

- Just lost my entire password list. The extension would not start. I couldn't connect to the website. I decided to uninstall the extension... well, now it says there's no account attached to my email. Thank you very much. Bye. (oh and your status page says everything is working fine so maybe there's one thing or two that you're not checking or partialy obviously). I was coming from NordPass (I was annoyed because the DEVs wouldn't solve an issue that would litteraly take 2 min to fix. The problem being breaking the app from recognizing the mobile apps and hence do the autofill ... like nothing important I guess). Well, I now I'm on my way to try a 3rd app ...
