As a result, since my email is under the company’s domain, even though I had a personal paid account for years, I could no longer log in. Despite several days of attempts with their support, I still had no access to the application. Luckily, I had a backup export and switched to another service so that I could continue my work, since their support provided no solution. The worst part is that months later they sent me an email about the automatic renewal of the subscription, something I had already requested to be canceled at the time, as I was unable to log in and cancel it myself. And now, once again, I am forced to contact their non-existent support in order to find a solution.
