You are informed there's a three-day free trial in the last paragraph of the welcome email (assuming you read all that) and in that paragraph there's a link to their pricing page and under the "free" column the second thing listed is "Added Signature". To me, the added signature is the first thing I'd want to know hence the reason I'm writing this review because I would have been far more likely to read reviews than notice about the added signature in the above steps. Apparently a lot of free trackers add signatures nowadays but I wasn't expecting it having used Bananatag from 2016-2020 and it never once added a signature. A signature is the last feature I would want in a tracker. The developer said "The majority of our users comprehend how our system operates and the reason for the additional signature." (slightly passive-aggressive) so I've written this review for the benefit of those with "comprehension problems". The tracking seems a little hit-and miss. It told me I was in Amsterdam when I was in England.

Vous pouvez à la fois savoir quand le destinataire a ouvert le message, où, combien de fois (historique etc), s'il a cliqué sur les liens presents dans le mail etc.

Mais bon, pour moi ce fût une bonne expérimentation, j'ai pu tracer un mail venant d'un brouteur de côte d'ivoire (scammer). Le traçage marche sauf si quelqu'un se trouve derrière un firewall/serveur à mon avis (donc tracer des mails lu dans un cybercafé africain ou autre, je doute) car j'ai du attendre que mon scammer lise un mail sur son iphone pour le tracer. They sent a very simple instruction email (which I need...simple) on how to stop it and it was a one click fix. No lengthy, wordy explanation just click here. • (2018-11-15) Bruce Stephenson: I have just started a new business which requires keeping track of correspondence and began using a couple of weeks ago. What I have found very impressive after using another email tracker, is the simplicity of the GeoTrack report layout. At a glance I can see if the emails have been opened and when. The only downside is the geolocator which is very 'hit and miss' which is why I gave the GeoTrack 4 out of 5 stars. However, the location is not as important to me as knowing that the recipient actually received and opened the emails. I will say I was very impressed with the trechnical advice I received via the chatline.

When a scammy door-to-door alarm company lied and claimed they never got a cancellation email from me, GeoTrack clearly showed that I had in fact sent the cancellation email within the three-day cooling-off period, and the company had received it and read it. Without Geotrack, I would have had to hire an attorney to fight for me and get me out of the three-year contract for the disappointingly low-resolution security camera I foolishly let the scammy door-to-door company install. Thanks Geotrack!

• (2018-09-06) Dina Perkins: For 6 weeks it worked with some prompting. Then, it quit. While it worked, it worked well. Today, they were unable to correct the fact that it doesn't work anymore. I paid ahead for 6 months for the unlimited plan but THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY!!! I have never heard of this! I pay for six months... get over one month of service... it quits working... and I get no money back! BEWARE!!!!!!!
• (2018-08-24) Jed Eaton: Fantastic App, keep a check on who what why and when. Geotrack lets me keep an eye on my sales staff, contacts, and suppliers to ensure that they are reading what I require reading. I have been trying many of the other apps that offer similar options but when you compare the results Geotrack gives you a lot more for free. I was so impressed I upgraded to the Pro !!

Their dashboard is very user friendly and I hope they will keep adding features and data over time. It integrates perfectly with Gmail. Responsive support to questions and suggestions. Price is very good also. You can safely buy it and support the project, I think it will get even better over time.
• (2018-04-09) Alpine IT: All mail sent to users of Gmail are not geo tracked and I get a reply This email has been opened in Gmail (desktop or mobile) Google used a proxy server to open all images contained in this message, so we received a Google's server geolocation instead of the recipient's one. We are not displaying a map here to avoid any confusion. Is it like mails to Gmail users can't be tracked by this extension?

I often get a read notification from an email that I sent to my prof weeks ago. Is there any reason why I'm getting these multiple notifications? I don't really want to think that my Prof is just obsessing over my emails and reading them constantly.
