So funktioniert es:
1) Installieren Sie die Erweiterung.
2) Während Sie eine E-Mail an Ihre Kunden, Kollegen, Freunde, Studenten usw. verfassen, klicken Sie einfach auf das "Kalendersymbol" am unteren Rand Ihrer E-Mail.
3) Sie werden in der Lage sein, einen Link zu Ihrer Kalenderverfügbarkeit einzufügen, bevor Sie Ihre E-Mail senden.
4) Wenn der E-Mail-Empfänger Ihre E-Mail öffnet, kann er einen verfügbaren Zeitpunkt auswählen und Ihr Besprechungstermin wird beiden Kalendern hinzugefügt.
5) Es wird bearbeitbar sein, falls Sie jemals die Besprechungszeit ändern müssen.
Hier sind einige der Unterschiede zwischen diesem Meetingkalender-Scheduler und anderen:
1. Es gibt keine doppelten Kalender, die in einem externen Kalender gespeichert werden, dies funktioniert direkt mit Ihrem Google Kalender. Sie können daher leicht einen Besprechungstag und -zeit ändern, und die andere Person ist über die Änderung informiert.
2. Sie können beschriften, wie Sie Ihre Meetings in Ihrem Kalender sehen, anstatt eines standardmäßigen Meetingblocks mit der Bezeichnung "Meeting".
3. Die Person, die einen Termin mit Ihnen vereinbart, muss nicht ihren Namen oder ihre E-Mail-Adresse eingeben, da wir bereits wissen, wer es ist, basierend auf deren E-Mail-Adresse.
4. Absender und Empfänger sind in ihren jeweiligen Feldern richtig beschriftet. Kein Rätselraten mehr, wer sich Ihnen anschließt, wenn Sie Ihren Google Kalender anschauen.
5. Einstellungen basieren bereits auf Ihrer Zeitzone, mit Meetings zwischen 9 Uhr morgens und 5 Uhr nachmittags Montag-Freitag. Sie können diese Einstellungen jederzeit ändern.

- Seems to work ok but VERY UNFRIENDLY to people trying to respond. It appears they have to click through one day at a time to look at available times. Most similar product present the idea with a grid of times across the top and dates along the side. Much easier. I will look for another product, maybe not as a chrome extension and, if I find one, delete this.

- Really love the idea of this and think it will work great in most situations! However, it doesn't look like you can select the time intervals that clients can choose from, so if you are looking to maximize meetings you may be left with blank time slots in your day. For example, I am looking to set up 7 x 45min interviews in one day and would love to have them start on the hour every hour (aside from a mid-day break), however, this only allows every half hour then blocks out the 15 mins before, which means the day could be more spread out like 9, 10:30, 11:30, 1:30 etc. Would love to see time interval settings added!
