Pianificare appuntamenti e incontri è facilissimo con Meeting Scheduler per Gmail
GRATIS: Un calendario per programmare incontri facile e bello che ti permette di inviare un link così che altre persone possano scegliere un orario per l'incontro con te basato sulla tua disponibilità. Funziona direttamente da Gmail ed è integrato al 100% con il tuo Calendario Google.
Prenota incontri con una sola email. Dì addio al "gioco del rimbalzo" delle email per pianificare appuntamenti - fai tutto con una sola email e un clic.
Come funziona:
1) Installa l'estensione.
2) Mentre componi un'email per i tuoi clienti, colleghi, amici, studenti, ecc... clicca sull'icona "Calendario" in fondo alla tua email.
3) Potrai inserire un link alla tua disponibilità nel calendario prima di inviare l'email.
4) Quando il destinatario dell'email apre la tua email, può scegliere uno slot orario disponibile e il tuo evento d'incontro sarà aggiunto al calendario di entrambi.
5) Sarà modificabile se mai avrai bisogno di cambiare l'orario dell'incontro.
Ecco alcune differenze tra questo programmatore di incontri sul calendario e altri:
1. Non ci sono calendari duplicati che vengono salvati su un calendario esterno, questo lavora direttamente con il tuo calendario Google. Puoi quindi facilmente rivedere un giorno e orario d'incontro, e l'altra persona è a conoscenza del cambiamento.
2. Puoi etichettare i tuoi incontri nel calendario come preferisci, invece di un blocco predefinito etichettato "Incontro".
3. La persona che prenota un appuntamento con te non deve inserire il suo nome o email perché sappiamo già chi è in base al suo indirizzo email.
4. Il mittente e il destinatario sono etichettati correttamente nei loro rispettivi campi. Non devi più indovinare chi si unirà a te se stai guardando il tuo Calendario Google.
5. Le impostazioni sono già basate sul tuo fuso orario, con incontri tra le 9a-5p L-V. Puoi cambiare queste impostazioni in qualsiasi momento.

Most similar product present the idea with a grid of times across the top and dates along the side. Much easier. However, it doesn't look like you can select the time intervals that clients can choose from, so if you are looking to maximize meetings you may be left with blank time slots in your day. For example, I am looking to set up 7 x 45min interviews in one day and would love to have them start on the hour every hour (aside from a mid-day break), however, this only allows every half hour then blocks out the 15 mins before, which means the day could be more spread out like 9, 10:30, 11:30, 1:30 etc. Would love to see time interval settings added!
