However, it doesn't look like you can select the time intervals that clients can choose from, so if you are looking to maximize meetings you may be left with blank time slots in your day. For example, I am looking to set up 7 x 45min interviews in one day and would love to have them start on the hour every hour (aside from a mid-day break), however, this only allows every half hour then blocks out the 15 mins before, which means the day could be more spread out like 9, 10:30, 11:30, 1:30 etc. Would love to see time interval settings added!

(2021-02-16) Adam: Extremely useful tool and has saved me countless hours in back-and-forth emails to book a meeting time. The only feature request that I would like to see is to have a checkbox for "Automatically add Google Meet video conferences" to the meeting invites. This is an option inside Google Calendar for any events that I create, but unfortunately doesn't seem available for events created by CloudHQ. This has caused a few hiccups in meetings where I arrive realizing that there was no meeting link sent out. Otherwise a really great addon!

(2020-08-06) Aimée Jordan: I love the way this looks, however it's strange that the social icons do not lead the receiver to view my social profiles but rather HQ's. This is misleading and a bit weird. I get that I have the free version but how can I remove these social buttons so people aren't thinking that they are going to my profile and then landing on yours?

Hello - I'm testing the Scheduler and finding that it is allowing me to make multiple appointments on the same time and date. As I understand it, this should not happen. Instead, once a time/date is selected, it should mark that block of time as unavailable. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? In my test, I've now got four appointments scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on June 23rd. If the above functionality is how the Scheduler should work, I believe it should have only allowed me to schedule one appointment at that time. Please advise!

How do you protect the Gmail logins (tokens) of all users who install this plugin? Are you like mixmax, boomerang etc: one hack away from exposing the entire contents of every user's email account to anyone with access to your token db?

1) Dedicated URL. I communicate a lot over LinkedIn messages, and need a dedicated URL that I can give people. 2) Custom default meeting title: e.g. [Your_First_Name] and Bob call". I don't want the meeting title to automatically be "Schedule Meeting" or the email subject line. 3) Default note: e.g. "Hi, I'm looking forward to speaking with you. Thanks, Bob"
