Como funciona:
1) Instale a extensão.
2) Enquanto compõe um email para os seus clientes, colegas, amigos, estudantes, etc... clique apenas no "ícone do calendário" na parte inferior do seu email.
3) Será capaz de inserir um link para a disponibilidade do seu calendário antes de enviar o seu email.
4) Quando o destinatário do email abrir o seu email, poderá escolher um intervalo de tempo disponível, e o evento da reunião será adicionado aos calendários de ambos.
5) Será editável caso precise de mudar a hora da reunião.
Aqui estão algumas das diferenças entre este organizador de reuniões e outros:
1. Não há calendários duplicados que são guardados num calendário externo, isto funciona diretamente com o seu calendário Google. Portanto, pode facilmente rever um dia e hora de reunião, e a outra pessoa estará ciente da mudança.
2. Pode rotular a forma como vê as suas reuniões no seu calendário, em vez de um bloco de reunião padrão rotulado como "Reunião".
3. A pessoa que está a marcar uma reunião consigo não precisa de introduzir o seu nome ou email, porque já sabemos quem é com base no seu endereço de email.
4. O remetente e o receptor estão devidamente etiquetados nos seus respetivos campos. Não há mais adivinhações sobre quem se juntará a si se estiver a olhar para o seu Google Calendar™.
5. As configurações já estão baseadas no seu fuso horário, com reuniões entre as 9h e as 17h de segunda a sexta. Pode alterar estas configurações a qualquer momento.

Seems to work ok but VERY UNFRIENDLY to people trying to respond. It appears they have to click through one day at a time to look at available times. Most similar product present the idea with a grid of times across the top and dates along the side. Much easier. I will look for another product, maybe not as a chrome extension and, if I find one, delete this.

Really love the idea of this and think it will work great in most situations! However, it doesn't look like you can select the time intervals that clients can choose from, so if you are looking to maximize meetings you may be left with blank time slots in your day. For example, I am looking to set up 7 x 45min interviews in one day and would love to have them start on the hour every hour (aside from a mid-day break), however, this only allows every half hour then blocks out the 15 mins before, which means the day could be more spread out like 9, 10:30, 11:30, 1:30 etc. Would love to see time interval settings added!
