U Comment takes up-voted comments that appear below a video and surfaces them at relevant times underneath youtube.
U Comment only works on http://www.youtube.com.
Have the feeling that you are watching with others as you can see people experiencing parts while you watch them! Comments constantly change and will provide re-watch value on old videos. You can add them yourself and contribute content.
*note* only comments at points in a video will be displayed like "12:40 this is my favorite part!" otherwise the video will appear as normal

- (2015-04-17) Chelsea S: Love how the comments that pop up are actually related to the video being presented (not just spammy comments you get at the bottom of a youtube page). I actually learn really cool facts and fun things while I'm watching the video at the exact moment it's happening. Plus I can also pause the video where I want to and read the comments further or just to see a section that I want to see. Awesome extension, and way better than just watching normal "youtube"...
