- My company uses Keeper for password security. Recently we started using a new HRIS system and the username/password wasn't autofilling correctly. I submitted a ticket and expected it to go nowhere. Their IT got back to me and worked with me to resolve it and it's now working as expected now.

- The app itself is all right. Their Chrome extension, though, is sloppy and unreliable. * Main issue is I cannot turn it off for a particular page. It keeps popping up on pages where I don't need it (e.g. on BI tool forms), and the only way to avoid that is to turn the whole extension off. * Password change process lost the new password several times, I have to make sure I copy it on the side until I double check Keeper kept it. * Confuses logins on some pages. I.e. even though login is set to some email, it offers password for a different email. That is even a security concern, as if you don't pay an attention, it would disclose password to the form of the wrong site.

- There are many similar software solutions with comparable features and pricing. However, the real difference becomes clear when you need aftersales support. The autofill issue related to third-party software was resolved within just a few days—even when the third-party provider itself was not ready to get involved at all. Excellent service.

- Please revert the recent change that removed the ability to select just part of a secured note then use Cmd-C to copy just that part to the clipboard. It might make sense for passwords but for secure notes we often have multiple passwords etc inside them and now we have to paste them into TextEdit to pick parts out of them its LESS secure.

- Keeper was a little hard to get set up, but once I had it all set up, and got used to the interface, I absolutely love it! I only need one password memorized and then can set up crazy long passwords for all my accounts. The generate function is awesome. I use the chrome extension, too, and find that very helpful. Syncs with all my devices.

- Mostly works, but has lots of annoying little bugs. For example, the Keeper Vault website upon first launch on a day often reloads after 20s, discarding anything you've done so far, e.g. if you were in the process of adding a password record, all your work will be lost. Having the extension enabled in Chrome also prevents me from pasting from clipboard into password inputs. I'd recommend using a competitor.

- Generally works, I like the maximum plattform support. But the offline access is not reliably working which is very bad for emergency access and since yesterday the browser extension now needs the right to change my data protection and privacy settings of the browser. There is no explanation why they need this access and what they do with it, which I find quite strange. Although my subscription will run for another year I feel like switching to some other tool.

- I had a very poor experience with Keeper's billing practices. Their interface uses "dark patterns"—it’s impossible to cancel or disable auto-renewal directly in the account settings. The only option shown was "Renew," forcing me to contact support to exercise my right to cancel. When my subscription renewed against my wishes (after I was unable to find a cancellation button), support initially refused a refund, quoting their rigid Terms of Use. They only cooperated after I pointed out the lack of a cancellation option and threatened a bank chargeback. To make matters worse, as soon as they processed the refund, they immediately terminated my access, even though my original subscription (which I had already paid for previously) was still valid for another week. This prevented me from doing a final check of my stored data. Great software, but terrible, predatory business practices. Be careful with your credit card details here.

- If you rely on Keeper Password Manager and suddenly need to log in during an emergency, it can become a serious blocker. Especially when you're used to biometric authentication (like fingerprint) and don’t remember your master password, the situation quickly escalates, you’re forced to stop real work and focus entirely on recovering access. What makes it worse is that even on the same device you’ve been using daily for a year, enabling a VPN can cause Keeper to stop recognizing the device altogether. Instead of a clear diagnostic message, the browser extension either fails silently, shows a generic login failure, or doesn’t load properly at all. This creates a poor failure mode: no actionable error, no fallback guidance, and high operational friction exactly when access is critical.

- I've been a paid user for three years, and while the first year was great, the performance has unfortunately declined. I stayed longer than intended because I missed the renewal window, but the frequent connection drops have made it hard to justify the cost, especially when free browser alternatives feel more stable. - Our IT department foisted this terrible app on us to replace our chrome password management. Its honestly the worst piece of software I have ever used. Slow clunky and constantly asks for logins, which literally defeats the entire point.

- I've been using Keeper for several years and have been happy with it. Recently, an update messed up the way the auto-fill interacted with the login fields of a website I frequently used. I submitted a ticket with the "Report an Autofill Issue" in the keeper extension. I got a response within a day and over the period of a couple of days, their devs solved the issue! Very happy with the support I got in this instance.

- I've been using Keeper for a while now, both personally and for our IT managed services clients. There are always nuances to individual password managers, but Keeper has been the most successful of the ones that we've tried. I had a recent interaction with their support when an autofill was doing something that it shouldn't have been, and not only did they get back to me in under 2 hours - the issue was resolved first shot without any further information from my end. That level of support is a rarity these days and bolsters my confidence in continuing to leverage their tools. Great job!
