In my field, we handle a substantial amount of customer information, including sensitive data that must be protected to maintain trust and compliance with privacy regulations. Keeper provides peace of mind with its robust security measures, which are essential for safeguarding this information. In addition to my professional data, I also store critical personal and family information within the app. This includes my Social Security number, banking details, investment records, monthly bills, and an array of other sensitive documents. The thought of losing this information or, even worse, becoming a victim of a hacking incident is daunting. I honestly would feel lost without Keeper to help me securely manage my data. I heard great things, saw the excellent reviews, and immediately bought a subscription, only to discover that unfortunately, it lacks iOS extension support for iPhone and iPad. Consequently, I can only give it a 3 star and will update my review to 5 stars once full iOS Safari support is introduced.

• (2025-05-07) Keeper's extension seems to trigger rescanning of the DOM every single time a new element is added to it. I have some webpages that add tens of thousands of options to a datalist after the page loads. This causes the keeper extension to then use 100% cpu and lock the tab for 20+ min. The elements added aren't even input elements. This means users of this site have to open an incognito window to avoid keeper from being loaded. Because keeper has CORS errors when trying to use the "on click" method instead of being active on all sites for our company's SSO login process, since the on-click method appears to try logging in directly from the extension while the "all sites" method opens a webpage and then you login from there.

• (2025-04-29) Love the convenience of being able to auto fill, but sometimes it doesn't recognize which record is associated to the site I am trying to login to. Which isn't a huge problem because I don't always have the website saved for keeper to know, but them I am not able to search for the correct one to auto fill. I fine myself logging into the actual Keeper site and copying the credentials from there and pasting onto the login screen which defeats the purpose of having this add-on. Some times it wants me to create a new record for a site that I already have one for. So if those tweaks can be worked out, that this would be great!

I like that it works smoothly in the vast majority of my use cases across four platforms (MacOS, iOS, Android, Brave/Chrome). I also like that the UI stays the same. I'd rather have consistency than a fancy new look. It's still a keeper for me! :-)

• (2025-03-14) I have used Keeper Password Manager & Digital Vault for over 10 years. It has a very quick process to create a unique password when signing up for any new online site requiring registration. The Keeper extension on my Chrome and Safari (Mac) browsers auto-fills the Login email/name and password for that site. I have folders for categories: Auto, Computer, Insurance, etc in the Vault with individual online sites with their passwords under each folder. Quick and easy search ability to find the site needed with the login information. I have checked over the years if there has been any security issues and they have top notch security measures to protect my information. Keeper notifies me of insecure passwords which can be easily changed. I can also use Custom fields for having password security questions or secondary information available required for confirmation for signing on online sites that require this. Keeper has available two-factor authorization that sends a code to you to sign on which is another level of security. It does have a yearly subscription to use all it's features, but worthwhile to protect my information. I HIGHLY recommended this Password manager program and Web browser extension.

• (2025-02-21) I've used both Keeper and/or 1Password for years, personally and professionally. Both come with a learning curve at the beginning, but Keeper is more mature, consistent, and user-friendly. After the initial learning curve with Keeper, I have enjoyed using it. One desire is for Keeper to sync new or updated passwords faster between the desktop/chrome app and mobile app. I tend to get frustrated with 1Password—the user interface is less mature, and it sometimes requires more focus, which breaks my train of thought and disrupts my workflow.
