• (2025-07-05) Seems to work, BUT it won't allow you to bypass it so I lose a lot of internet functionality. On those sites that require adblockers be disabled, the ABP drop down menu doesn't function...EVER! on multiple different branded computers, different OS, different ISP. The old adblock worked well which is why I continued when Plus was launched but maybe not for much longer.

This is total garbage and is only used because it USED to be good (I used to use this alot) and is just popular, but now its time to stop, this thing has REALLY gotten much worse in 2025. This thing is more like a ad-blocker lite lite, it somewhat works but DOES NOT WORK ON YOUTUBE as it auto-adds youtube to its whitelist. use "ublock origin" lite, much more consistent than this once good thing.

• (2025-06-29) Functionality is generally good but it defaults to allowing "acceptable" ads (there is no such thing) and it opens a page every few days nagging me to subscribe to Premium, when I already have a Premium subscription. Also as far as I can tell the "block cookie consent" feature effectively accepts the default in the cookie popup, which is the exact opposite of what you want - especially when it comes to the "legitimate interest" lie.

I'm more here to just notify you that YouTube is now trying to prevent videos from playing at all and show a message on the video that says "sign in to confirm you're not a bot". They also force your ad block to shut off and make the play button disappear. I often just have to refresh with the ad block app, but it seems like YouTube is getting worse about it.
• (2025-06-25) Your modal ad blocker has made it impossible to use the app named "The Street." There is no opportunity to refresh the screen after changing the setting to remove the Ad Block. Worse. There is no way to return to the application except by closing the app. That makes it impossible to use. What is the problem?
• (2025-06-25) I'm happy with the extension overall, but I'm writing as a support ticket. Yesterday it stopped correctly block youtube ads. It looks like youtube recognizes that their ad has been blocked and stops playing video until you disable the extension. Can patch it?

• (2025-06-24) Worked well, but recently its now disabling adblock plus on ads while on youtube, since the last week or so (June 2025), youtube appears to be blocking videos with adblock enabled. It says you need to sign in to confirm you are not a bot, but I am already signed in. When I updated Adblock plus, it goes away for a while, then I get the same issue again. If I turn off adblock plus, the videos play as normal, once I turn adblock plus back on, problem comes back.
