- We've used Dashlane for years. Never a problem. Works well and as represented. The password sharing feature is particularly useful since we have a family subscription and use it together in cooperative effort where there are times when we all need to have the "keys to the kingdom" so to speak, and if some website demands a periodic password change, then the others automatically get it. Great stuff.

- I have used this password manager for almost 20 years now. I have never had any problem with it, at all. This includes never a problem with the integrity of the program, nor an issue with a security failure due to hackers, nor any time where the program was not accessible to me. I have used it on my desktop, my laptop, my notebook, and my cell phone with full synchronization between all units. If there were 10 stars I would give Dashlane maximum stars!

- I've used Dashlane for more than 6 years on 4-5 devices. I'll admit to frustration sometimes, much attributable to my failure to learn as the product improves with each update. But it does improve with each year, becoming easier to use and harder to screw up. I'm very happy with it.

As the ole saying goes "I never leave home without it"! I trust this immensely and have never experienced any PW breaches from this feature. I highly recommend this to all!!!!!

- I had an issue where Dashlane stopped working on my laptop but was fine on my iPhone. AI support left too much to be desired and live support was just ok. I waited a month and tried it again on my laptop and it works. Go figure. But when it works, it's fantastic. I wouldn't consider anything else.

- I was in a position to contact dashlane support due to a renewal issue and expected the worst. The AI was mediocre but when I asked for a live agent I received expectational support from Peter. It was unexpected and now I am not sure what to do with all the time that I planned for a seemingly difficult issue. Peter was competent, prompt and resolved the issue immediately.
