• (2025-09-04) Bill Jenko: This is your last chance. After 3 prior downloads of your Google extension, all of which locked up after a few hours or overnight, I have again installed your extension. If it locks again, I'll move all my passwords to a manager that works.

I instantly realized how great Dashlane was and have been using it for about 2 years now. It makes it easy for me to access all my passwords and notes I created. Love the password generator! It is simple to use and makes it easy to sign in to all of the sites you routinely visit. While traveling, I have all of my information available in a secure app right on my phone. I highly recommend everyone use Dashlane.
• (2025-08-27) Giorgos Avgoustidis: It was a very good tool, I had been using it for years until my company decided to evaluate it for use across the entire organization. As a result, since my email is under the company’s domain, even though I had a personal paid account for years, I could no longer log in. Despite several days of attempts with their support, I still had no access to the application. Luckily, I had a backup export and switched to another service so that I could continue my work, since their support provided no solution. The worst part is that months later they sent me an email about the automatic renewal of the subscription, something I had already requested to be canceled at the time, as I was unable to log in and cancel it myself. And now, once again, I am forced to contact their non-existent support in order to find a solution.
