U Comment takes up-voted comments that appear below a video and surfaces them at relevant times underneath youtube.
U Comment only works on http://www.youtube.com.
Have the feeling that you are watching with others as you can see people experiencing parts while you watch them! Comments constantly change and will provide re-watch value on old videos. You can add them yourself and contribute content.
*note* only comments at points in a video will be displayed like "12:40 this is my favorite part!" otherwise the video will appear as normal

It used to work perfectly in the old Youtube UI but it doesn't work anymore after in the new UI.

Love how the comments that pop up are actually related to the video being presented (not just spammy comments you get at the bottom of a youtube page). I actually learn really cool facts and fun things while I'm watching the video at the exact moment it's happening. Plus I can also pause the video where I want to and read the comments further or just to see a section that I want to see. Awesome extension, and way better than just watching normal "youtube"...
