- So far, so good. I mainly use Awesome for screenshots. I really like the options to capture the whole page, only what’s visible on your screen, or just highlight the specific area you want to screenshot. That said, using the highlight feature is a bit tricky—you need a steady hand to stop it exactly where you want. Overall though, it works well, and I can simply screenshot piece by piece if needed. I’m happy with it. I also use screenshots as proof to catch dodgy companies that lie, try to “rob” people, or deny them justice. I even take screenshots on my mobile. - I do have stand-alone screen capture / recording software, but if I'm on a page and I want a snapshot, I have to launch the software, wait for it, etc. The convenience of having an extension in the browser that does what I need is convenient.
