Programar citas y reuniones es súper fácil con Meeting Scheduler para Gmail

GRATIS: Un calendario hermoso y fácil para programar reuniones te permite enviar un enlace para que otras personas puedan elegir un horario de reunión contigo basado en tu disponibilidad. Funciona directamente desde Gmail y está 100% integrado con tu Calendario de Google.

Reserva reuniones con un solo correo electrónico. Di adiós al "juego de etiquetas" por correo electrónico para programar citas: haz todo con un correo electrónico y un clic.

Cómo funciona:

1) Instala la extensión.

2) Mientras redactas un correo electrónico a tus clientes, colegas, amigos, estudiantes, etc., simplemente haz clic en el "icono de calendario" en la parte inferior de tu correo electrónico.

3) Podrás insertar un enlace a tu disponibilidad de calendario antes de enviar tu correo electrónico.

4) Cuando el receptor del correo electrónico abra tu correo, pueden elegir un intervalo de tiempo disponible y tu evento de reunión se agregará a ambos calendarios.

5) Será editable si alguna vez necesitas cambiar el horario de la reunión.

Aquí están algunas de las diferencias entre este programador de reuniones de calendario y otros:

1. No hay calendarios duplicados que se guardan en un calendario externo, esto funciona directamente con tu calendario de Google. Por lo tanto, puedes revisar fácilmente un día y hora de reunión, y la otra persona estará al tanto del cambio.

2. Puedes etiquetar cómo ves tus reuniones en tu calendario, en lugar de un bloque predeterminado etiquetado "Reunión".

5. Los ajustes ya están basados en tu zona horaria, con reuniones entre las 9 a.m y las 5 p.m de L-V. Puedes cambiar estos ajustes en cualquier momento.

Most similar product present the idea with a grid of times across the top and dates along the side. Much easier. I will look for another product, maybe not as a chrome extension and, if I find one, delete this.

However, it doesn't look like you can select the time intervals that clients can choose from, so if you are looking to maximize meetings you may be left with blank time slots in your day. For example, I am looking to set up 7 x 45min interviews in one day and would love to have them start on the hour every hour (aside from a mid-day break), however, this only allows every half hour then blocks out the 15 mins before, which means the day could be more spread out like 9, 10:30, 11:30, 1:30 etc. Would love to see time interval settings added!
