La prise de rendez-vous et l'organisation de réunions est super facile avec Meeting Scheduler pour Gmail
GRATUIT : Un calendrier de rendez-vous facile et beau qui vous permet d'envoyer un lien pour que d'autres personnes puissent choisir un horaire de réunion avec vous en fonction de votre disponibilité. Il fonctionne directement depuis Gmail et est intégré à 100% à votre calendrier Google.
Réservez des réunions avec un seul e-mail. Dites adieu au jeu d’étiquettes par e-mail pour la planification de rendez-vous - faites tout avec un seul e-mail et un seul clic.
Comment ça marche :
1) Installez l'extension.
2) Lorsque vous rédigez un e-mail pour vos clients, collègues, amis, étudiants, etc... cliquez simplement sur l'icône "Calendrier" en bas de votre e-mail.
3) Vous pourrez insérer un lien vers vos disponibilités de calendrier avant d'envoyer votre e-mail.
4) Lorsque le destinataire de l'e-mail ouvre votre e-mail, il peut choisir un créneau horaire disponible, et votre événement de réunion sera ajouté aux calendriers de vous deux.
5) Il sera modifiable si vous devez jamais changer l'heure de la réunion.
Voici quelques différences entre cet organisateur de réunions calendrier et d'autres :
1. Il n'y a pas de calendriers en double qui sont sauvegardés sur un calendrier externe, cela fonctionne directement avec votre calendrier Google. Vous pouvez donc facilement réviser un jour et une heure de réunion, et l'autre personne est au courant du changement.
2. Vous pouvez étiqueter vos réunions dans votre calendrier comme bon vous semble, au lieu d'un bloc de réunion par défaut étiqueté "Réunion".
3. La personne qui prend rendez-vous avec vous n'a pas besoin d'entrer son nom ou son e-mail car nous savons déjà qui c'est en fonction de son adresse e-mail.
4. L'expéditeur et le destinataire sont correctement étiquetés dans leurs champs respectifs. Plus besoin de deviner qui vous rejoint si vous regardez votre calendrier Google.
5. Les paramètres sont déjà basés sur votre fuseau horaire, avec des réunions de 9h à 17h du lundi au vendredi. Vous pouvez modifier ces paramètres à tout moment.

Most similar product present the idea with a grid of times across the top and dates along the side. Much easier. I will look for another product, maybe not as a chrome extension and, if I find one, delete this.

However, it doesn't look like you can select the time intervals that clients can choose from, so if you are looking to maximize meetings you may be left with blank time slots in your day. For example, I am looking to set up 7 x 45min interviews in one day and would love to have them start on the hour every hour (aside from a mid-day break), however, this only allows every half hour then blocks out the 15 mins before, which means the day could be more spread out like 9, 10:30, 11:30, 1:30 etc. Would love to see time interval settings added!
