- (2025-08-25) I purchased a fireshot pro license more than a year ago. I like being able to capture a multiple pages as a pdf. I presently having issues on a multipage capture as the font size and page is narrowed down to make it unreadable. The answer is for this issue is on licensee only portion of the website. My user information seem to be missing for logging in and need help to reactivate my credentials
