- (2025-08-05) There were no issues before, but starting in late July, problems began to arise with file downloads. For example, an error message appears that says: "This extension failed to name the download 'WEBSITE - 2025-08-05 10.11.17 1571 .jpg' because another extension (IDM Integration Module) chose a different filename." This issue likely started after a recent update of these extensions.

- (2025-08-01) The quality of captured images is poor. Capturing scrolling window in a browser is kinda buggy. The worst part seems to be its support. After purchasing the lifetime pro version, asking for a refund seems to be close to impossible regardless of its claim of "Lifetime License & 30-Day Money Back Guarantee!" since there has been no response from the support so far.

- (2025-07-31) I love Fireshot...over the years it is the only chrome add-on that has stood the test of time and not been deleted and uninstalled. My only issue is every now and then when i click on the fireshot button, it takes me to another tab... like an advertisement tab for fireshot.... instead of the screenshot menu. that is aggravating. but i keep it because it is amazing.

- (2025-07-30) As a part of my job, I usually have to take about 50-100 screenshots a day, and FireShot has been a great and useful tool. Works exactly as advertised. It also automatically and appropriately names the file when saving the pdf. That may sound like something small, but it has added even more time savings to a tool that has saved me a lot of time and effort.
