Lance Adams 2022-05-09: If you install this for a Chromebook in 2022, it installs as a shortcut to the OneDrive online website. That's fine, but Microsoft REALLY needs to update this entry to let people know. Ralf Longwitz 2022-04-15: Does not work on Chromebook at all. (Asus CX9) The worst part is that OneNote web always sends to the App, which does not work, so there is no way at all to open OneNote files.

Jade Barger 2019-09-13: Get forced to the website, bounces me into OneDrive and says I need to install the app. But when I go to google play, I am told that it is not available for the BRAND NEW SAMSUNG CHROMEBOOK 3 I JUST BOUGHT!!!! This is the app that is making me return this POS poor excuse of a computer and simply walk away from anything ChromeOS powered. To be unable to install the most basic of business apps shows that Chrome OS is worthless and not ready for even the most basic tasks.

Chris Riediger 2019-01-23: Another Chromebook issue, the online version will randomly decide not to sync, sometimes hours of writing will be wasted. Also a minor annoyance, but a renamed Section will not reflect the name change until clicked on. Very buggy for a high profile piece of software.
Derek Hughes 2019-01-16: Ruled lines don't show when they are turned on in other apps. Strange because the Android App shows them, but has terrible lag on input with active stylus. This App has minimal lag, but is missing key features. Once again OneNote has missed the mark, can't really use it if half the features are missing in one platform and the other other half in the another platform.. Consistency is better in other solutions.
John Healy 2018-11-30: (The Chrome Web Store add-on) OneNote Online does not work on my new Chrome OS devices as of this day, November 29, 2018. The Android version of OneNote works on some Chrome OS devices, and that's the only option in such cases.

Rory Kennon 2018-09-06: Unnecessarily slow to use. Why do I have to constantly log in every time I want to use it? My Chromebook is password protected so cannot see the logic with requirement for logging in after restarts. The checkbox on the login screen for remembering the computer obviously does not work either.
Morrigan Jade Bos 2018-07-27: It's maybe nice to make basic notes, but even the [[double brackets]] hyperlinks doesn't work in it. And since I'm trying to make my own database of notes, making fast hyperlinks makes the workflow a lot nicer, which is sadly not possible. (currently using a Chromebook)

Tom Hall 2017-12-06: Oh Microsoft! Well not really Oh Chrome! but after months of false promises beta edition etc.etc. it now works probably better than the former online application. Microsoft and Android are a dream team until it collapses again! My Google Pixcel C tablet collapsed for the third replacement in 18mth so Oh Google why do you sell such shoddy hardware?

I can't take hand written notes and I am now at a loss as what to do with all of the notebooks, sections and pages that I spent considerable time setting up and organizing. Microsoft PLEASE fix!!!
