• (2025-08-25) Luna Rae: This app is a friggin lifesaver, I'm tellin' ya. I have horrible vision and sensitive eyes, and some websites (particularly fanfiction.net) don't have a dark mode option. After discovering this extension, I can now work on my fanfiction and writing projects without having to use a notepad document and then copy-pasting it into the fanfiction docs. It's also just so convenient for all websites to automatically be turned to dark mode if they don't already have a dark mode. I'm so glad I discovered this extension.

I've compared it to other extensions, this one is easiest to use and customize.

Bright white screens are the norm for most of the internet, but they're a bit hard to look at for half of the day. Night Eye makes it easier for me to enjoy my down time.

• (2025-08-08) Rudy Hernandez: This app is the best one I've come across. Some sites are a little clunky, but that may be out of their hands. This is by far the most customizable and easy to use night view extension I have used. Definitely recommend.
• (2025-08-08) Severus J Obzen: The most consistent dark mode tool I've used. Between it's variety of options and fine control you can actually make most sites dark without making them hideously ugly or less functional. Usually the automatic settings are sufficient but the secondary default option is only 2 clicks away and usually enough of an improvement over the automatic option that I haven't felt the need to ever tinker with the finer settings options. I'll probably be paying for this once all my options for free trial time runs out. They're exceedingly generous with their free trial time. Highly recommend.

I've switched all my apps to dark mode, but some websites don't have a built-in dark mode option. This extension is perfect for those cases—it's seamless and works wonderfully.
